- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 large Granny Smith or other tart apple, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Bring cranberries, apples, corn syrup, sugar and cinnamon to boil over medium heat in medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until cranberries pop. Let cool. Stir in refrigerator in covered container.
