Ashtabula Co. 4-H youth visited the county commissioners recently to participate in 4-H Week Proclamation Ceremony. Harley Buckley and Dawnelle Corron shared their Saddle Horse experiences; Greg Howard briefly explained his new role on the State 4-H Foundation Board; Craig Anderson came with his Pekin duck, and Megan Kelly came with her miniature horse.
