Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 sweet relish
  • 1/2 tomato ketchup
  • 12 ozs. homestyle onion gravy
  • 6 sandwich buns

Directions

In large skillet, brown turkey, drain fat. Stir in chili powder, then add gravy, ketchup and relish. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve on buns. Makes 6 servings.
A lean, low-fat, yet tasty version of sloppy joes.
