Ingredients:
- 7 slices of bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 5.3 oz Boursin cheese garlic and herbs, softened
- 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 stalks of green onions sliced
- ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper
- 10.5 oz red pepper jelly
Directions:
- Line your baking sheet with a baking rack and lay your bacon slices on the baking rack. Cook the bacon in the oven at 400 F for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s brown. Once the bacon is done, chop it up and set it aside.
- In a bowl, add cream cheese, Boursin cheese, chopped cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and cracked black pepper. Mix that together until combined.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a pie plate or baking dish and bake it in the oven at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Microwave the red pepper jelly in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup for about 30 seconds, just until pourable.
- Pour the red pepper jelly over the dip and garnish it with additional green onions. Serve with crackers.
