Air Fryer Catfish

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp.lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Season the catfish with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil.
  2. Place the fish in the air fryer and cook at 400 F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time.
  3. Serve and drizzle fish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
