Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 catfish fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp.lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions:
- Season the catfish with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil.
- Place the fish in the air fryer and cook at 400 F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time.
- Serve and drizzle fish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
