Salem Public Library will host a kick-off program to introduce ColorZen, the library’s name for the ongoing coloring evenings to be held the 4th Thursday of each month beginning on February 25, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Quaker Meeting Room. Join presenter Danielle Crouse, MS, and OTR/L, at the kick-off as she shares the reasons why adult coloring is the latest trend in relaxation for adults.

ColorZen is open to the public and free of cost to attend. Registration is required for the February 25th program through the library’s website or by calling 330-332-0042 for assistance.

Ms. Crouse attended Gannon University in Erie, PA, and earned a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has been working with the Columbiana County Educational Service Center in Lisbon for four years. She supervises the Salem and United school districts and helps children who have delays which affect their performance at school. Previously she worked at a pediatric outpatient facility near York, PA called “Leg Up Farm.” In her free time, she enjoys crafting and the outdoors.
