Can you believe that your breakfast influences your mood? Learn about the effects of your lifestyle choices and small, positive changes that can lead to a happier, more productive you when the program “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind” is presented by Jennifer Hrovat on October 14, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Quaker Room of Salem Public Library. Ms. Hrovat is Assistant Professor, Counseling /General Studies at Cuyahoga Community College.
