The Western Reserve Knitting Guild will host a members and guest cookie exchange at the Canfield library large community room on Sun., Dec. 4th from 1-4 p.m. Members and guests are asked to bring four dozen or more cookies to exchange. You will leave the event with the same amount of cookies you bring, but in a different variety. Coffee and tea will be provided by the Guild so if you wish please bring a few extra cookies to share with the event goers while you stitch and chat. A program of knitted Christmas ornaments will be presented. Participants for the ornaments are asked to bring size 3 US straight needles or double pointed needles, scissors and a tapestry or darning needle. Yarn and embellishments for the ornaments will be provided. You do not have to participate in both events if you do not wish just come for some friendly fellowship. The library is not sponsoring or participating in this event.
