LOUISVILLE, Ohio – Have you ever wondered what things make alpacas go “Hmmm”?
When and where. Learn this and more when you visit a local alpaca farm to celebrate the first-ever “National Alpaca Farm Day” Sept. 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sept. 30 from noon to 4 p.m.
Alpaca breeders from across the United States invite the public to visit their farms and meet their alpacas to learn more about these inquisitive animals. The days will include activities for adults and children, refreshments, raffles, prizes and a chance to spend time with the alpacas and view products made from alpaca fiber (fur).
