Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1.5 lbs. chicken drumsticks
Directions:
- In a large plastic resealable storage bag, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Add the chicken, toss to coat, and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F, and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove the chicken from the marinade, and arrange it so it is evenly spaced on the sheet pan. Discard the marinade.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once halfway through or until the temperature of the thickest part of the chicken measures 165 F.
