Bruschetta Loaf



  • 1 long loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 4 sliced plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh basil
  • Directions

    Brush cut side of bread with Italian dressing. Grill or broil cut side down for 3 minutes. Layer tomatoes over bread and top with cheeses. Return to grill or broiler and grill cheese side up for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve hot, cut into desired size servings.
