- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- Melt chips with evaporated milk in a fondue pot over low heat (or in small microwave dish on medium power).
- Stir in brandy.
- Use cubes of pound cake or lady fingers as dippers.
