  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon brandy


  1. Melt chips with evaporated milk in a fondue pot over low heat (or in small microwave dish on medium power).
  2. Stir in brandy.
  3. Use cubes of pound cake or lady fingers as dippers.
