- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3-1/2 to 4 lbs. turkey breast
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, scallions, garlic and seasonings together. Reserve 1/4-cup marinade. Place remaining marinade in large plastic bag. Add turkey breast, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, turning sealed bag every few hours.
Remove turkey from marinade and drain. Prepare grill for indirect-heat cooking. Place turkey, breast side-up, on rack over drip pan. Cover and grill turkey breast 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 hours, During the last 30 minutes, brush with reserved 1/4 cup marinade.
Cook until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of breast registers 170°. Remove turkey breast from grill and let stand 15 minutes.
