- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. dried turmeric
- ¼ to 1 tsp. dried ginger
- Honey to taste
- Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. While stirring, add the spices and let the milk come to a simmer. Take the saucepan off the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
