Golden Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dried turmeric
  • ¼ to 1 tsp. dried ginger
  • Honey to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. While stirring, add the spices and let the milk come to a simmer. Take the saucepan off the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
  2. Looking to add more turmeric into your day to day? Sprinkle some into your Saturday morning pancake batter, or add a little to your morning yogurt.
