Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 2 (10oz) pkgs. sliced frozen strawberries & juice
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 eggs, slighly beaten
• 1 1/4 chopped walnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 1/4 s flour
• 1 3/4 s sugar
• 1 plus 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
Add eggs, oil and sliced strawberries with juice and blend well. Do not use a mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° 50 to 60 minutes.
