1967 Massey Ferguson 180
Owned by Kevin Dennis, Newcomerstown, Ohio
After Kevin Dennis restored several antique tractors (which get their use on his father’s farm), he realized the tractors were limited because they didn’t have a three-point hitch and live power. He wasn’t alone, as he says there’s more interest at shows on tractors from the 1960s.
“Masseys are always on the minority list, but have always been of interest to me,” Dennis writes. “I found this 1967 Massey Ferguson a couple states away. Two owners, original paint. A good cleaning, a couple gaskets, new tires and a new paint job and two days after it was complete, I was cutting hay!” His 180 has a Perkins diesel engine rated 64 hp.
