  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup


Place chicken in glass bowl. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover tightly, then marinate in refrigerator for 5 hours. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill chicken until done.
