  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup lowfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding and pie filling
  • fresh raspberries


Combine milk and yogurt in small mixer bowl. Add instant pie filling. Beat on low speed of mixer according to package directions; chill, covered, 1 hour to thicken. Serve with fresh raspberries.
