- 2 s mixed salad greens
- 1/4 chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 white wine vinegar
- 1/8 olive oil
- 3 small garlic cloves finely minced or pressed.
- salt & pepper to taste
- one or two drops of hot sauce
Toss salad greens, walnuts and blue cheese together. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss and serve.
