Ellen Ford, Manager of Community Health Education at Humility of Mary Health Partners, Youngstown, will share her knowledge of meditation’s benefits and teach several techniques that you can practice at home. The program begins at 6:30pm in the library’s Quaker Meeting Room located at 821 E. State St., Salem, Ohio, and is open to the public and free of cost to attend. Register online at www.salem.lib.oh.us or call the library at 330-332-0042 for registration assistance.
