Lauren Tonti from NOFA-NY Certified Organic LLC will provide information on transitioning to organic certification and grass milk certification. Fay Benson with the NY Crop Insurance Education Team Crop will provide crop insurance information on supporting risk management. In the afternoon, Jerry Snyder will discuss meeting market demands with the products offered by the family farm, as well as share how his farm has expanded its offerings to accommodate generational transfer.
