CANTON, Ohio — McKinley Presidential Library and Museum will host its second Museum Record Day on April 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum, 800 McKinley Monument Drive NW, Canton.

Museum staff will count how many people partake in the hurricane simulator in Discover World. Each person will get a chance to sign the museum’s “Official Record Book,” upon exiting the hurricane simulator. The same event will take place again in 2027 to break the record set in 2026. That day, shows in the Hoover-Price Planetarium will be included with admission including Cosmic Kids (ages 3 and up) from 11-11:30 a.m. and the Universe at Large (ages 6 and up) from 1-2 p.m. The Woman Behind the Lens: Frances Benjamin Johnston and the American Presidency will also be on display in the Keller Gallery through May 31.

The McKinley Presidential Library and Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. For more information, visit www.McKinleyMuseum.org.
