“Ohio’s Role in the Civil War” will be the topic of a presentation by John Haas, Manuscripts Curator and Historian for Ohio History Connection, on July 27, 2015 at 6:30pm in the library’s Quaker Room located at 821 E. State St., Salem, OH. As an experienced writer, lecturer, blogger and genealogist, Mr. Haas has a rich treasury of historic knowledge to share. Local Civil War history will be included in the talk.
