The Western Reserve Knitting Guild will meet March 14th at 7 PM at the Rotary Community Building in Fair Park in Canfield. The evenings program will be a discussion on reading charts. Bring a small amount of any smooth, light-colored yarn and appropriate needles for knitting flat. The common symbols for charts, how to follow a chart, and practicing knitting from charts will be discussed. A knit along for March and April will be announced. To participate bring 315 yds. of chunky or super-bulky yarn, size 15 US knitting needles, 3 buttons to coordinate with your yarn size 1 1/2 inch, and a 20″ pillow form. Solid or tonal colors of yarn are suggested. The pattern will be distributed at the March meeting or distributed how you receive your CABLE-GRAM. Tickets for the Spring Brunch on March 25th will also be available at the meeting. Anyone interested in the Guild or interested in donating yarn for it’s charity work can contact wrkg.ohio@gmail.com
