Union Local FFA to sponsor annual farm toy show

MORRISTOWN, Ohio – The Union Local FFA and FFA Alumni will be sponsoring their 10th annual Farm Toy Show March 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The toy show will involve toy displays by toy dealers and private individuals, a Kiddy tractor pull and an antique tractor display.

Toy collections.

Dealers will display and sell many toys and collectibles to complete your personal collection. Many private individuals will be displaying their own collections as well as farm scenes.

There will also be an antique tractor display. This display will be located at the Union Local bus garage just north of the high school. Individuals will be displaying their refurbished tractors.

Kids tractor pull.

Children will be able to compete in a Kiddy tractor pull. In this event children under 75 pounds will be able to show their strength by peddling a toy tractor pulling a weighted sled.

There will be three weight classes: first class will include children 30-45 pounds. The second class will include children 46-60 pounds. And the third class will include children 61-75 pounds.

Trophies will be awarded to first and second place winners in each class.

Admission to the toy show is $2 for adults and children under 12 will be admitted free.

The toy show will be held in the commons area at Union Local High School, located off Interstate Route 70 at exit 208, Morristown, Ohio.
