Applesauce Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. extra-lean ground beef
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 applesauce
• 1 bread crumbs
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pat meatloaf mixture into prepared pan. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10 minutes; remove to platter and slice.
