Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- To taste kosher salt and black pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, bacon parsley and dill. Stir in garlic salt, kosher salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into small plastic cups; top with the remaining bacon, cheddar and a little dill. Serve with potato chips.
