Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients:
- 20 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Ingredients for the Topping:
- 1 box stuffing, prepared
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the first six ingredients. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Evenly top the broccoli mixture with the prepared stuffing. Slice butter thinly and place evenly on top of stuffing.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are bubbling.
