Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Ingredients for the Topping:

  • 1 box stuffing, prepared
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the first six ingredients. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Evenly top the broccoli mixture with the prepared stuffing. Slice butter thinly and place evenly on top of stuffing.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are bubbling.
