Ingredients:
- 4-5 lb. chuck roast
- Steak seasoning, I like Montreal seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
Directions:
- Season the chuck roast with steak seasoning and sear until browned on all sides.
- Remove and put in a slow cooker with beef broth. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
