Gzik and Kielbasa bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
  • 4-6 radishes, diced into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of chopped chives
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 12 oz. packages of Polish Kielbasa, cut into 1/2″ thick round or oblong slices
  • toothpicks for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, radishes, chopped chives and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the mixture and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Place kielbasa slices in a frying pan and cook into they are fully heated and starting to brown. Remove the kielbasa to a paper towel covered plate to drain off any extra grease.
  3. Spread the dip on top of each kielbasa slice, stick a toothpick into the top and place on your serving plate.
