Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 English cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 bunch small radishes, sliced thin
- For serving mint and basil
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, hot sauce, oil and honey and then stir in garlic and ginger.Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, add shrimp and sauté for a few minutes on each side until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat and put into a dish.
- Serve shrimp in lettuce and top with cucumbers, radishes, mint and basil.
