- 1-9inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- Mix sugar and corn starch. Add eggs and butter, then milk and lemon juice. Cook until thickened. Add 1 cup sour cream.
- Pour in pie shell. Cool, then top with whipped topping.
