- 1/3 cup minute tapioca
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sliced, sweetened strawberries
Combine tapioca and sugar in saucepan. Add milk and butter. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for 20 minutes. Gently stir in berries. Serve warm.
