Sugared Walnuts or Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 lb. shelled walnut or pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Put nuts in a very large bowl with the egg whites.
  2. Coat nuts well, and add mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Spread out evenly on cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes. Cool and serve.
