- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 lb. shelled walnut or pecan halves
- Put nuts in a very large bowl with the egg whites.
- Coat nuts well, and add mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
- Spread out evenly on cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes. Cool and serve.
