- 1 gallon milk
- 2 s white sugar
- 2 tablespoons plain gelatin
- 2 tablespoons any flavor gelatin (optional)
- 1 water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
Heat milk to 190°. Cool to 130° by filling sink half full of cold water and setting kettle of milk into it. Stir while cooling. While milk is heating,
dissolve plain and flavored gelatins into cup of water and set aside. When milk is 130° remove from sink and add sugar, gelatins and stir. Add
vanilla and yogurt. Beat all together with egg beater until well mixed. Pour into glass jars and lay lids on.
Do not screw on. Put in warm place (85°) 8 hours. Refrigerate overnight before eating.
