George and Tina Drown of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, honored his father, Rollin, with a trip to Cowpens, S.C., in June. The couple and Farm and Dairy went along with Rollin for the 31st crew reunion of the USS Cowpens aircraft carrier, famed for being the first to enter the South China Sea, Tokyo Bay, and have planes land on Japanese soil. The whole Drown family enjoyed what they call “the most unbelievable southern hospitality you could imagine” as they honored their World War II heroes. Thanks for taking us along!
