Auction Roundup: 344-acre farm in southwestern Ohio brings $1.31 million

WILMINGTON, Ohio — Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company conducted a farm sale on nearly 345 acres in Clinton County Feb. 16. Auctioneers Dale Evans and Nick Cummings conducted the sale at the county fairgrounds.

The property, located south of Interstate 71, in Union Township near Wilmington, Ohio, sold for $1,381,000. The site included two homes, buildings, grain storage, and tillable farm land.
