MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — Members of the Marshall and Ohio County 4-H and FFA Dairy Club met Oct. 15 at Young’s Cafeteria in Glen Dale to kick off the new year.

After dinner, the club elected new officers for the 2011-2012 year: Tara Chaplin, president; Chad Riggle, vice president; Molly Hubbs, secretary; Kyle Clark, treasurer; and Audrey Rine, reporter.

Members recapped last year’s fair and discussed if any changes needed to be made. The club also voted on planning a field trip June 2 to a dairy farm where a former member now works.

The next meeting was planned for after the winter holidays.
