Beer-Cheese Triangles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packaged biscuit mix or Homemade Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 s shredded cheddar cheese (2 ozs.)
  • 1/2 beer

Directions

In mixing bowl stir together packaged biscuit mix or Homemade Biscuit Mix and shredded cheese. Make well in center; add beer all at once. Stir just till mixture clings together. Knead gently on lightly floured surface for 5 strokes. Roll or pat dough into 6-inch circle. Cut into 10 wedges. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 10
