- 3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
Directions
After potatoes are mashed, add brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix topping and pour over sweet potato mixture. Do not mix the top into the potato mixture. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.
