Dilled Cucumbers


  • 2 medium cucumbers (seedless if possible)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt, reduced fat
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Season with salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers.
  2. Combine yogurt and dill with sliced cucumbers.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve chilled.
