- 4 (10-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® filet of rib, or boneless ribeye, steaks
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Combine cocoa powder, chili powder, cumin and salt to make Ranchero spice rub. Rub seasoning onto steaks and grill to desired doneness. Serves 4
