Annual quilt fair stitches its way to Sauder Village

ARCHBOLD, Ohio – A handmade quilt can evoke memories of family and tradition. But a quilt can also be dynamic and modern. The best of both types will be on display at the 27th annual Quilt Fair at Sauder Village in Archbold, Ohio, April 29-May 4.

Eleven categories of juried quilts will be on display, including contemporary and youth categories.

The annual Quilt Challenge is again part of the fair, with the theme “Close to my Heart.” Entrants purchase a challenge packet that each contain the same six fabrics and create a quilt to represent what means the most to them.
