CLEVELAND – The National City Cleveland Home and Garden Show Feb. 8-16 at the I-X Center in Cleveland is as sure a sign of spring as the first cardinal appearance.
Experience 20 indoor acres of the latest home designs and interior decorating concepts, fragrant, eye-catching flower gardens; educational seminars, lifestyle demonstrations and hundreds of exhibitors.
Tribute. The show’s tribute is Red, White and Blooming: An Ohio Bicentennial Celebration.
Included in the show is an urban housing showcase that features homes suited for urban lots.
There will also be a designer showcase, featuring interior design ideas with models of an outdoor living area, kitchen, bedroom, home theater, living room, dressing room and dream workshop.
Presentations. Other home-related presentations include seminars with Brian Santos, also known as the Wall Wizard, and Joey Green, the guru of alternative uses for brand-name products.
Industry experts will be present with advice.
Live music, make-it-take-it crafts, cooking demonstrations and a large selection of reading materials will be at the show.
Admission, coupons. Admission is $11.50 for adults, $3.75 for children 6-12 and free for children 5 and under.
Discounted tickets are available through Feb. 7 at most AAA offices in Ohio for $9.50. The discount is also for non-AAA members.
Tickets are available at Tops Friendly Markets for $10.
