SENECA, Pa. – The Venango County Draft Horse and Pony Association will hold its annual spring field day May 4 at the Tool House Farm.
The farm is owned and operated by the John Schwab family and is located on Tool House Road off of Heckathorne Church Road in Seneca, Pa.
The Schwab family raises registered Belgian horse and has at least two new foals for visitors to view.
Association members will be demonstrating field work with horse power. Several different breeds of horses and teams of mules will be involved in the work.
There will also be miniature donkeys and horses for children to pet.
The teams are expected to arrive around 9 a.m.
A concession stand will be available around noon.
