COLUMBUS – The Ohio bicentennial lecture series will start with an inaugural lecture March 20 by R.W. Apple, associate editor of The New York Times.
The free lecture is at 3:30 p.m. at the Statehouse Atrium in Columbus.
The Ohio and the World series will include six lectures profiling Ohio at 50-year intervals, from before Ohio’s statehood through the bicentennial.
