Ohio state fair concert slate finalized


COLUMBUS – The Ohio State Fair will showcase a variety of genres, including contemporary Christian, R&B, classic rock, country and pop/rock during its 12-day run in 2006.
The fair opens Aug. 2 and will feature a free performance by upbeat ’70s rock band, America.
Just $6. In addition, the fair will offer some $6 concerts, providing fairgoers not only with quick access to their reserved seat, but complimentary fair admission for all-around entertainment.
All paid ticket shows purchased in advance include free admission to the fair. The fair will end with a bang, welcoming hometown boys Rascal Flatts to Columbus Crew Stadium for an encore fair performance.
Special guest Gary Allan will join the band for this concert.
