UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Alumni Association and Penn State World Campus are offering Pennsylvania’s History and Future: Creating New Perspectives.

It is the second in the series of free online seminars for Penn Staters designed to give alumni access to faculty and prominent alumni.

The new seminar challenges seminar participants to look critically at the history of Pennsylvania. Guided interactive sessions examine the more recent developments in Pennsylvania and how the past may help to bring about a better future.

Participants will interact with William Pencak, professor of history at Penn State, and Randall Miller, professor of history at Saint Joseph’s University, co-editors of the book, Pennsylvania, A History of the Commonwealth.

Penn Staters can log onto www.alumni.psu.edu or www.worldcampus.psu.edu before April 20 and participate at their own pace.
