HOWLAND, Ohio – The Howland Branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 9095 East Market St., will hold a Valentine Tea Feb. 13 at 2:30 p.m.
Enter a “Great Lovers from Literature and the Silver Screen” contest with prizes; have dessert and enjoy music.
The tea is open to ages 18 and older.
