Winners declared at 89th annual Pennsylvania Farm Show

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Sara Jo Campbell of Sycamore, Greene County, and Clark Farms of Hustontown, Fulton County, showed up the competition to claim the supreme champion heifer and supreme champion bull titles, respectively, during the beef cattle judging held Jan. 14 in the Large Arena.
Campbell, 19, secured the grand champion Shorthorn female title with NBS About Time 42N before being chosen the supreme champion over all other breeds.
Jack Clark II exhibited ‘MK Tomahawk 3304’ to win the Angus grand champion bull title prior to claiming the supreme championship.
Aside from Clark Farms, co-owners include Myron Kennedy and Chris Wojciechowski, both of Maryland.
Show judges Calvin Drake of Manhattan, Kan., and Rendell Shira of Mount Vernon, Ohio concurred on both champions after evaluating the females and bulls exhibited in all breed divisions at the 89th Pennsylvania Farm Show.
